Reservations to the event are made through an electronic registration form.
Note that the reservation data must be given individually for every participant, also minors. Group reservations as such will not be possible.
The registration form will also calculate your final participation fee, of course, but you can freely try out various options with the Cudgel War price calculator.

All minors wishing to attend the event without their parent or legal guardian must bring a written permission signed by the parent or legal guardian.
Minors aged 15-17 can attend the event unaccompanied. Minors under 15 must either come to the event with their legal guardian or have a responsible adult (aged 25 or older, and also attending the event) appointed by the legal guardian.

All foreign visitors may pay at the door, but visitors from euro countries and Sweden are strongly encouraged to pay in advance. Here is the information required for an international EU/euro money transfer. (Should work for Sweden just as well.)
First, you must give the beneficiary's bank account number in IBAN form:

In the message field you must write whose event fee you are paying. Also all information that you can fit in there about what the fee actually includes (e.g. at least "26-30.7, all meals" or something like that) would be very much appreciated.
All these data are mandatory in order for the payment to be properly handled as an EU-transfer.
