In "Board games" (in schedule, 23.7.) we get to know and play various medieval board games (for example chess and Hnefatafl). The games are also available for loan in the workshop room of the dining hall building throughout the event.
In "Outdoor games" (in schedule, 25.7.) we get to know and play various medieval outdoor games (for example "nihti"). Also these games are available throughout the event, and they are held in the open attic of the dining hall building.
Those interested in "more serious" gaming will probably have a chance to challenge each other in a backgammon tourney.
On Tuesday, July 26, there will be a chance to try (and see) Glima, wrestling in the style of the Vikings.
And apart from these activities, there will be at least some dancing, of course, and possibly something else too. More information available later.
